Jennifer Koch’s collection for LANGYARNS may be viewed as a young designer’s take on tradition and handicraft. In 2017, Jennifer graduated from the prestigious Royal College of Art in London with a Master in Knitwear Design. Living in London for the last 5 years, Jennifer’s collection is inspired by the diversity and the cultural clashes of the fashion metropolis. To create this collection, Jennifer mixes young, fashion-forward thinking with traditional English knitting patterns. The collection combines enlarged and deconstructed cables with luxurious cashmere and vivacious fringes. These playful textures bring a youthful feel, while the yarns Malou, Virginia and various Cashmere qualities intensify the unique and luxurious feel of the collection. A palette of bold, bright red, fresh mint green and neutral greys creates a strong and casual collection.
